ORDER

The husband had moved this revision for a direction to the learned III Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.2326 of 2016.

2. H.M.O.P.No.2326 of 2016 was presented by the husband under Section 13(1)(ia) & (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The pleadings were completed and the parties have also been examined. An application was filed for reopen and recall the HMOP and the same had been allowed. Thereafter, the allegation of the husband is that the wife is not co-operating with the disposal of the proceedings.

3. Without going into the merits of the case as to whether the husband is delaying the matter and otherwise, since the matrimonial dispute has been pending for the past seven years, suffice to direct the learned III Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of 2/4

H.M.O.P.No.2326 of 2016 on or before 31.12.2023 and submit a report to this Court.

4. With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
