This petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioners herein for surrender and to furnish sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruttani in Crl.O.P.No.10316 of 2023 in order dated 05.05.2023.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. Having satisfied with the reason stated by the learned counsel, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
