This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.19763 of in Crl.O.P.No.10638 of 2023 dated 20.12.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
