This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to implead the petitioner/proposed respondent-2 as one of the respondent in Crl.A.No.1365 of 2023 pending before this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, already this petitioner has filed an application u/s 301(2) of Cr.P.C. to assist the prosecution in Crl.M.P.No.582 of 2020 and the trial court allowed the said petition on 21.12.2020.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed only for the purpose of assisting the prosecution along with the learned Public Prosecutor.
