against the Order of Rejection dated 13.07.2018 made in Pamu 6334/2017/A4 and thus render justice."
Recording the aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made, this Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file an Appeal before the concerned R.D.O., against the Order of Rejection dated 13.07.2018 passed by the 2nd Respondent. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
