(Through Video Conferencing) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after making some arguments, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy under the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, including Special Revision/Appeal under Section 80-A r/w. SubSection (3), and undertakes to send an endorsement to that effect, through e-mail, to the Registry of this Court. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
