This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by judgment and order dated 30.03.2021 passed in S.C.No.26 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Krishnagiri District and to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above appeal.

This is the second bail petition and the earlier bail petition in Crl.M.P.No.5906 of 2021 has been dismissed by a very detailed order dated 01.12.2021 3.
We find that there is no change in facts and circumstances for entertaining this criminal miscellaneous petition.
Hence, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed. The Registry is directed to call for the records, prepare the typed set of papers and post the main appeal for final disposal in the fourth week of November 2022.
