This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 1/4

10.30am., until further orders in the bail order passed in Crl.O.P.No.11020 of 2025 dated 23.04.2025.

2. The petitioner was granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11020 of 2025. The petitioner, after executing the sureties, he was regularly appearing before the respondent police from 29.04.2025 to 03.06.2025. It is the contention of the petitioner that he got life threat if he visits the TP Chatiram area and he was instructed to file a modification petition to move away from that area. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police submitted that petitioner had complied with the conditions from 29.04.2025 to 03.06.2025. Thereafter, he was not complying the conditions. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels on either side, the petitioner is found to be a resident of Maduravoyal and he is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Maduravoyal Police Station daily at 10.30am., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

5. With the above directions, the criminal original petition stands modified.
