The present Application is filed seeking to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the main Petition in Arb.O.P.DR.No.83636 of 2023 to set aside the impugned arbitral award dated 01.03.2023 in claim No.1 of 2021 under Section 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

2. Mr.V.Ravi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent would vehemently oppose this application for condoning the delay in filing the above Arbitration Original Petition.

3. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side and perused the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this Application.

Considering the averments made in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this Application and having being satisfied with the same, this Application is ordered as prayed for and the delay of 27 days filing the main Petition in Arb.O.P.DR.No.83636 of 2023 is condoned.
