Crl.M.P.Nos.9758 & 9762 of 2024 in Crl.A.Nos.1413 & 1415 of 2023 M.DHANDAPANI, J.

These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to implead the petitioner/proposed respondent-2 as one of the respondent in Crl.A.Nos.1413 and 1415 of 2023 pending before this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, already this petitioner has filed an application u/s 301(2) of Cr.P.C. to assist the prosecution in Crl.M.P.No.582 of 2020 and the trial court allowed the said petition on 21.12.2020.

3. In view of the above submissions, these criminal miscellaneous petitions are allowed only for the purpose of assisting the prosecution along with the learned Public Prosecutor.

Crl.M.P.No.10031 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1413 of 2023 M.DHANDAPANI, J.

This petition has been filed pending the final disposal of the Criminal Appeal, to stay the conviction of the appellant by the order and judgement dated 20.11.2023 of the learned Special Judge for TNPID Act, Chennai in C.C.No.6 of 2020 in the Crl.A.No.1413 of 2023.

2. The petitioner (party-in-person) submitted that he is not pressing the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement to the said effect in the petition today.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the petitioner (party-in-person), this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
