Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order dated 05.09.2014 passed in R.P.No.41/2014 D2 on the file of the first respondent herein confirming the order dated 27.11.2013 passed in A.P.No.1 of 2009/B1 on the file of the second respondent herein, and confirming the order dated 22.12.2008 passed in proceedings in Rc.No.383/2003/A3-1, on the file of the fourth respondent herein and to quash the same, and directing the fourth respondent to reinstate the petitioner as Poosari of Arulmigu Vanabadrakali Amman Temple, Thekkampatti, Mettupalayam Taluk, Coimbatore District, with all the attendant benefits as accrued to him.

This matter earlier came up for consideration before this Court on 23.06.2025. As there was no representation on 23.06.2025, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, inspite of matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioners either in the pre-lunch or post-lunch session.

In view of the same, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
