O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2014 and to file a report before this Court.

2. A perusal of the petitioner's representation reveals that the petitioner herself is not aware of the details regarding her husband. However, she states that her husband has committed suicide at Saudi Arabia. The petitioner is unable to state primary details regarding the employment, bank Account or other activities.

3. Under these circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that such kind of representations cannot be considered by the competent authorities. Only if the particulars are provided, the authorities would be in a position to verify the same. Such blanket representations submitted by the citizen cannot be a cause for entertaining the writ petition nor the High Court can issue a direction to consider such representations.

4. The petitioner should approach the Court to establish his/her right for considering the relief. In view of the fact that the representation submitted by the petitioner is vague and the details are not available, this Court is not inclined to consider the relief. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a representation along with the documents and evidences, if any, for the purpose of considering the same by the competent authorities.

With this observation the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
