At the instance of the learned counsel for the appellants, the matter has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned." 2.It is now brought to the notice of this Court that it has been omitted to mention that the first appellant would be entitled to withdraw her share of the compensation. The said oversight is rectified and therefore, paragraph No.9 of the judgment in CMA.No.2758 of 2021 dated 08.02.2022 is modified as under:- "9.As a result, the compensation is enhanced to a sum of Rs.16,32,000/- together with interest at 7.5% per annum from the date of filing of the petition till the date of deposit and the amount shall be shared equally by the first and second appellants. The first appellant is permitted to withdraw her share of the compensation amount with accrued interest and costs. The share of compensation pertaining to the second appellant will be deposited in a Nationalized bank, till such time as he attains majority. The first appellant is however permitted to withdraw the interest once in three months for the maintenance and welfare of the minor."
