ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent herein to include her name in the provisional Rank List for MBBS/BDS Courses 2018-2019 Session (Government Quota) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on 28.06.2018 by considering her nativity and allow her to participate in the counselling for admission of MBBS Course in the Government Quota.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the second respondent submitted that since the petitioner did not appear for counselling yesterday (03.07.2018), even though her name has been found in the Rank List, he has instructed the office to take into account the merits of the candidate and call for counselling tomorrow (04.07.2018). The petitioner shall appear for the counselling tomorrow (04.07.2018).
