Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to fix the pay of the petitioners in Selection Grade/ Special Grade in the post of Middle School Headmaster by computing his entire services rendered as Secondary Grade Assistant Teacher, Tamil Pandit and Middle School Headmaster with effect from the date of the petitioner's promotion as Middle School Headmaster, by extending the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.210 School Education (G1) Department dated 14.08.2009 in favour of the petitioners and pay the arrears with other consequential benefits.

Mr.V.P.R.Elamparithi, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
2.The learned Government Advocate for the respondents fairly submits that the issue is now covered by the decision of this Court in several cases. In this connection, an order was passed by this Court in W.P.No.33763 of 2014 dated 19.12.2014 as also in a batch of writ appeal which came to be disposed vide order dated 26.03.2019 in W.A.No.73 of 2016 etc., batch in the case of D.Ramasamy vs. The State of Tamil Nadu represented by its Secretary and others. Since the issue is covered, this writ petition is disposed by allowing in terms of the decision of the Court in W.P.No.33763 of 2014 order dated 19.12.2014 and in W.A.No.73 of 2016 etc., batch order dated 26.03.2019 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. The respondent may carry out the exercise and give effect to this order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
