The Petitioner has filed a Mercy Petition dated 07.09.2018 with the first Respondent to re-consider the decision taken by the Respondents on 28.09.2012 dismissing the Petitioner from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

service. The attempt of the Petitioner before the Conciliation Officer has also failed.

2. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed by directing the first Respondent to consider the mercy petition of the Petitioner dated 07.09.2018 and pass an appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
