[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant leave under the Tamil Nadu Suspension of Sentence Rules, 1982 to the convict prisoner viz., Arun Roy (CT.No.15969), who is lodged in the Central Prison, Coimbatore. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the order dated 07.10.2021, issued by the prison authorities, granting 30 days ordinary leave to the said convict prisoner on certain conditions. A copy of the said order was furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
