ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble M.S.Ramesh J.) This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner / proposed respondent No.5 as respondent No.5 in H.C.P.No.1230 of 2024.

Mr.Thenrajan, learned counsel takes notice for respondents 4 and 5, who have no objection to the petition being allowed.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner herein shall be impleaded as respondent No.5 in the Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Habeas Corpus Petition.
