Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to determine the compensation and pass award in respect of the acquisition proceedings made in G.O.(D). No.15, Highways and Minor Ports (HQ2) Department dated 22.01.2015, acquiring the lands belonging to the petitioner in Survey No.271/2A1 and 271/2B1 of Melalathur Village, Gudiyattam Taluk, Vellore District, based upon the representation of the petitioner dated 08.07.2013, 16.03.2015 and notice dated 04.11.2015.
