Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records pertaining to the provisional final list published on 12.9.2013 in the Medical Service Recruitment Board website by the respondent in Notification No.8/MRB/E4/2013 dated 12.09.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to publish the final list for recruitment to the post of Assistant Surgeon (Dental) (Specialty) as per the posts mentioned in Notification No.1/2013 dated 31.03.2013 issued by the respondent and also on reliance on the certificate verification of the petitioner held on 29.06.2013 by allotting a post of Assistant Surgeon (Dental) (Specialty) under the Graduate of M.D.S (Any Specialities) category.

ORDER
When the matter was listed for hearing on 21.06.2022, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 23.06.2022 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2.When the matter was called on 27.06.2022, there was
also no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In order to give one more opportunity, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list this matter once again under the caption "For Dismissal" on 29.06.2022.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 29.06.2022, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.18299 of 2014 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
