Today, this case was listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned Government Advocate, seeking correction in the order dated 07.07.2023.

2. When the matter was called, Mr.M.Alagu Goutham, learned Government Advocate submitted that the fourth respondent is the appropriate authority to whom the list has to be forwarded by the Teachers Recruitment Board. Hence, seeks this Court to such correction in the above Order dated 07.07.2023.

3.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Paragraph No.6 of the Order dated 07.07.2023 is to be read as follows: "...6. In such view of the matter, the Directorate of Technical Education shall notify the vacancy list to the Teachers Recruitment Board and thereafter, the Teachers Recruitment Board shall forward the list to the Directorate of School Education within a period of one week and thereafter, necessary appointments shall be made as per Rules."

dhk 4.The Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the said order and issue fresh copies. Except the above correction, the above Order remains intact.
