Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that there is no change of proposal in the mode of irrigation in respect of the petitioner's land in Survey Nos. 84/1 and 84/2 to an extent of 8.45 acres Vadachithur Village, Kinathukadavu Taluk, Coimbatore District from Vent No.8 (Right) distance 800 metre to Vent No.9 (Right) distance 815 metre in Sulice No.17 Sub Branch Channel at 12.815 km in Vadachithur Branch Channel of Parambikulam Main Channel (left).
