The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that installing of High Density Voltage Line at Thillaipuram 1st Street, Namakkal Town, Namakkal District, was dropped by the respondents and it was erected in main road itself. Therefore, according to him, nothing survives for further adjudication and hence, the Writ Petition may be dismissed.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
