O R D E R

This Petition is filed seeking direction to the Principal District Munsif, Alandur to expedite the hearing and to dispose of the R.L.T.O.P.No.42 of 2021 within a time limit fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that R.L.T.O.P.No.42 of 2021 was filed for eviction on the ground of wilful default, owners occupation and not entering into lease agreement. It is further submitted that the Petitioner is a women, aged 72 years and she is suffering from severe knee and ankle pain and she had also undergone surgery. In the said circumstances, R.L.T.O.P.No.42 of 2021 has to be disposed of at the earliest.

3.Considering the fact that the Petitioner is a senior citizen and the fact that there are already instructions given for giving priority to dispose of the cases relating to senior citizen, this Court directs the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of R.L.T.O.P.No.42 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
