2. However, Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of R-1 and R-2, draws attention to the prayer directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner for initiation of appropriate action against the 4th respondent under Section 205(1) of Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994. He submits that the tenure of the R-4 i.e., The President, Ramaiyahalli Village Panchayat has expired even pending writ petition.

3. Recording this, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
