ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2014 and settle the payment of the legal fees payable to the petitioner within the time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is a practicising advocate and he was appointed as a legal Advisor for Tamil Nadu Housing Board as per the proceedings in Government letter dated 11.04.2007 and the petitioner has been appeared on behalf of the Housing Board in the Courts in Salem and Hosur Divisions. The total due to the petitioner is Rs.4,31,050/- for which he has been requesting the authorities to pay the legal fees and the same was not considered. Hence the present writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court 2/4
may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation dated 07.02.2014 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the second respondent to settle the entire eligible legal fees to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 08.08.2024 rli 3/4
