Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.08.2021 sent by the petitioner seeking to appoint a Special Officer in accordance with the Sec.18(A) of the Tamil Nadu Recognized Private Schools (Regulations) Act 1973 to efficiently manage and run the Vinayagar Aided Elementary School Pushpavanam Village Vedaranyam Taluk Nagapattinam District.

O R D E R

This Court found that the petitioner has not properly described his locus standi in maintaining this writ petition in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. That apart, the necessary parties were not added as respondents. When this was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel submitted that he will withdraw this writ petition and file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action with necessary pleadings and by adding necessary parties.

2. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner. No costs.
