Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of

Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to conduct enquiry and dispose the complaint preferred by petitioner dated 10.10.2013 against the respondents 3 to 5, pending on the file of the second respondent without reference to the Crl.O.P. Nos.16989 and 16990 of 2014, pending on the file of this Court. For Petitioner :

The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the contesting respondent made a submission that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the representation submitted by the petitioner was considered and an order was passed.

2. Challenging the said order, the aggrieved person filed WP No.20395 of 2018, which is already pending before this Court. Thus, no further relief needs to be granted in respect of the relief sought for in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
