2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit in the order dated 30.01.2023 passed by this Court in the Arb.O.P(Com.Div).No.263 of 2021, the petitioner's counsel name has been recorded as Mr.K.Babu. But, the name of the petitioner's counsel is K.Balu and he requested to rectify the name.

3.In view of the above, the Registry is directed to correct as the name of the petitioner's counsel as "Mr.K.Balu" instead of Mr.K.Babu and issue fresh order copy.
