O R D E R

The learned counsel for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petition has been filed with reference to the Tender notified for the period from 2013 to 2015. However, subsequent Tender notifications were also issued in the year 2017 up to the period 2022.

2. Further, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner had participated in the subsequent tender and was successful.

3. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
