ORDER

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent that pending the Writ Petition, enquiry has been conducted and on conclusion of domestic enquiry, Writ Petitioner was found guilty of the charges levelled against him. Accordingly, he was dismissed from service on 04.06.2015. Challenging the said dismissal order, Petitioner has also raised https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

an Industrial Dispute before the First Additional Labour Court, Thane, in I.D.A.No.217/2016. Memo to the above effect has also been filed by the first respondent. The same is taken on file.

2. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as nothing survives for adjudication. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
