This petition is filed to condone the delay of 759 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3.Though Mr.M.Vijayaraghavan, learned counsel entered appearance for the respondent, when the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation for the respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 759 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
