Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned orders passed by him in G.O.(4D) No.134, Home (PrisonI) Department, dated 26.06.2014 and G.O.(4D) No.135, Home (Prison-I) Department, dated 30.06.2014 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to superannuate from the service and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits. 2. This being the factum, no further adjudication is required in the present petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
