The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, in view of the proceedings dated 09.03.2021 and 08.05.2023 issued by the respondents, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been achieved by the petitioner. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
