O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to pay all monetary benefits consequent to the petitioner's reinstatement into service from 04.05.1999 to 18.12.2007 with 18% interest till realization of the said monetary benefits.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner was reinstated in service pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.27517 of 2006. However, the benefits due to the writ petitioner and the full salary as applicable has not been given to the writ petitioner. In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted a representation to the first respondent on 22.06.2008.

3.Thus, without going into the merits, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 22.06.2008 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation along with the order passed in this writ petition.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
