connection with the removal of the waste paper comprised of old valuation examination papers that had been accumulated at the Examination Valuation Centres attached to the School Education Department to the 3rd respondent and consequently allot the work to the petitioner concern either at the rates quoted by them at Rs.24,700/- for such Group 1 category work.
