This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to measure the petitioners land viz. Survey No. 1/1 and 1/2 to a total extent of about 1 acres 17 cents of lands in Sarvai Village, Attur Taluk, Thalaivasal Sub Register, Salem district by disposing of the petitioner's online Petition dated 07.3.2024 and 25.06.2023.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner submitted applications on 07.03.2024 and 25.06.2023 with a request to survey the petitioner's property, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the applications of the petitioner dated 07.03.2024 and 25.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
