CRIME NO.9 OF 2014, Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in para no.5(i) of the order dated 18/08/2021 made in Cr.M.P.No.7967 of 2021 in Crl.A.NO.378 of 2021 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.MANOHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.SUGENDRAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Mr.N.Manoharan, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that due to old age and illness, the petitioners are not in a position to execute the surety within the stipulated time, as per the order dated 18.08.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.7967 of 2021.

2. Therefore, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, time is extended to execute the surety, till 08.10.2021.
