respondent in view of final decree passed in I.A.No.99 of 2015 in O.S.No.21 of 2011, dated 29.08.2018.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeks police protection while surveying the land as per the Sub Court decree passed in O.S.No.21 of 2011.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on 04.01.2024 the 3rd respondent herein / The Revenue Tahsildar, Gopichettipalayam made a request to the the Inspector of Police, Siruvalur Police Station, Erode District to provide two police men on 19.01.2024 while surveying the land, however, it appears that the police has failed to provide police protection. Therefore, the Revenue Tahsildar, Gobichettipalayam is unable to survey the land.

3. The petitioner herein is directed to make fresh request to the 2/4

Revenue Tahsildar, Gobichettipalayam for measuring the land.

4. If any request, received by the Revenue Tahsildar, Gopichettipalayam for protection, the respondent police shall provide police protection for surveying the land and assist the Tahsildar to discharge his official duty in the manner known to law.

5. With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
