ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue the Grama Natham Patta for Old Natham SF. No.147/1 part, Sub Divided into Natham SF. No.147/1A1, New Natham SF No.418/7, to an extent of 370.50 sq.feet in Zamin Uthukulli Village, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District based on the title deeds and include the petitioner name in the separate Natham Patta No.1823 on par with new Natham Patta granted in SF No.420/13
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner's grandmother had purchased the subject property in the year 1922 and patta was also issued in her name. The petitioner's family is in possession of the said property since the year 1922. Now, the petitioner filed a representation dated 10.02.2022 to include his name in the patta of the subject property based on the title deed. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition.
3. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within a period of 8 weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record.
5. In the case on hand, it appears that the petitioner's family is in possession of the subject property since the year 1922 and they had also constructed a house therein. Now, the petitioner filed a representation dated 10.02.2022 to include his name in the patta of the subject property based on the title deed. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date.

In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2022 and dispose of the same within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there is any doubt with regard to the construction of house and residing of petitioner, the respondent shall conduct enquiry and thereafter, decide the matter on merits and in accordance with law.
