Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records from the 4th respondent insofar as it related to the order passed in his proceeding in reference No.A II/RSK/ Lect.Approval/2011/268 dated 28.04.2011 and the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceeding Na.Ka.02709/Aa2/2011-12 dated 24.08.2012 and quash the said Orders insofar as it relates to the condition imposed making passing of Tamil language test within 2
years from the date of this order for approval of petitioner's appointment as Lecturer (Arabic) in the Fifth respondent College and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant approval for the appointment of the petitioner as Lecturer (Arabic) in the 5th Respondent College, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.376 Department of Education dated 23.03.1986, with all service and monetary benefits from the date of his appointment, grant costs. Mr.M.Muniruddin Sheriff, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 26.09.2019, addressed to the Joint Registrar, High Court of Madras, informing that he got instruction from his client to withdraw the writ petition. The said letter is taken on record. An endorsement to the said effect is also taken from the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
