(through video conference) Heard Mr. Kulandaivelu, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Stalin Abhimanyu, Learned Government Advocate (Pondicherry) for the First Respondent and Mr.
P.V.Balasubramanian, Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

This Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking for a direction to the First Respondent to renew the application dated 01.03.2013 made by the Petitioner for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
renewal of IMFL FL-1 license in the name of Vinoth Liquors, which is a Partnership Firm.

Learned Government Advocate (Pondicherry) appearing for the First Respondent, on instructions, states that license has been issued in the name of Vinoth Liquors, represented by its Partners viz., (1) Ajeshram, (2) Madhesram. It is accepted by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that there are certain disputes between the Petitioner and the said persons representing the Partnership Firm.

Having regard to the aforesaid submissions made by the Learned Counsel for both sides, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. However, the Petitioner is not precluded from working out his remedy for necessary relief before the proper forum in respect of the disputes with the other persons claiming to be partners of the partnership firm.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
