O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to return back the original document No.111/2006 dated 10.05.2006 insofar relates to house site in S.No.437, Odayakulam Village, Anamalai, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District.

2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that he has got written instructions from the respondent, by letter dated 19.08.2020 to the effect that the petitioner had given a letter to the respondent and also got return of the document No.1113/2006.

3.Mrs.R.Hemalatha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the Writ Petition may be closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, for the reasons stated above, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
