This writ petition has been filed to quash the Proceedings, dated 30/1/2014 of the first respondent.

2. Heard Ms.Rama, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Veeraraghavan, learned counsel for the third respondent.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that she has handed over the entire bundle along https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with change of Vakalat in the year 2021 itself. 4.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that name transfer was effected in favour of the third respondent, based on the Civil degree.

5. It is seen that the petitioner has not engaged any other lawyer to represent the writ petitioner. In the light of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition No.1 of 2014 is closed.
