This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to act upon the complaint given by the petitioner for tracing the original sale deed or in the alternative to give a Non-traceable Certificate.

2. Heard Mr.D.Daniel, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.

3. Taking into facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to deal with the complaint given by the petitioner in line with the circular issued by the Director General Police, Tamil Nadu, dated 01.04.2022 and take a final decision within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
