The writ petition is filed challenging the charge memo issued by the second respondent dated 27.09.2014.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the departmental proceedings were conducted and ultimately, the first respondent had issued the Government Order in G.O.(1D)No.118 School Education dated 23.04.2019 imposing a punishment of postponement of increment for 2 years with cumulative effect as against the petitioner. Challenging the punishment, the petitioner has also filed Writ Petition in W.P.No.34762 of 2019 and the same is pending. 3.
In view of the above, the present writ petition challenging the charge memo has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
