The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in compliance of the orders dated 08.06.2026 and 24.04.2026, the condition imposed in para 5(i) of the order dated 24.04.2026 has been complied with and the petitioner has produced/deposited a cheque dated 15.06.2026 for an amount of Rs.1,30,000/- before the learned Trial Judge. He has also produced a photostat copy of the same before this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the other conditions imposed by the order dated 24.04.2026 has also been complied with.

GSA 2.Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in respect of compliance of the order in this case.
