2.Learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that an inadvertent error crept in 1st line of Paragraph 3 of the order of this Court dated 11.07.2023.

Whereas, it ought to be learned counsel for the respondent, the order says it is learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.This is now corrected. Accordingly, the 5th word in 1st line of paragraph No.3 will now be replaced as "respondent".

4.The Registry is now required to make necessary correction in the order of this Court dated 11.07.2023 and issue a fresh order copy to the petitioner free of charges.
