The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records in connection with the impugned summon dated 11.11.2020 in GU.VA.No.147/2020 issued by the second respondent and to quash the same and further direct the first respondent to conduct the enquiry in his pending proceeding in Na.Ka.No.717/U/20 dated 19.08.2020 within stipulated time that may be prescribed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that challenging the impugned summons, the petitioners filed this writ petition, however, thereafter, the third respondent filed Domestic Violence Case before the Judicial Magistrate Cum Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in 2/4

this writ petition.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
