Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order passed by the Respondents 2 and 3 in proceedings No.A2/1367/97 dated 30.7.1997 and Proceedings No.2053/A2/97 dated 21.8.1997 respectively and quash the same and further direct the Respondents to refix the petitioner pay at Rs.846/- in the time scale of Rs.750-12-870-15-975/- with effect from 1.8.1997 duly protecting the petitioner pay as drawn under the third respondent as on 31.7.1997 with all backwages benefits and increments.
